On 6th August 2021 Tigers Dominion Group (TDG) entered into a Farm-in Agreement (FIA) with Cohiba Minerals Ltd (Cohiba) for a new Farm-in to Joint Venture on TDG’s Warriner Creek Project located in the Prominent Hill mining district in the northern half of the Gawler Craton in South Australia.

Exploration under this new HoA targets Iron Oxide Copper Gold (IOCG) mineralisation similar to that seen at OZ Minerals’ Carrapateena and Prominent Hill copper mines, and BHP’s Olympic Dam mine and Oak Dam deposit. The Warriner Creek Project is located 24 kilometres north of OZ Minerals’ Prominent Hill mine.
